1. What are the hardware requirements for WinCargo?
A:
bulletAn IBM-Compatible PC with 80486/66 or higher processor
bullet16 Megs of RAM, 32 Megs preferrable
bulletHard disk with at least 30 MB of free space

A: Type in 'wcadmin' and leave the password blank.

5. How do I create the full version WinCargo icon?
A:
bulletYou must have Microsoft Access 2.0 installed on your computer already.
bulletDouble-click the "WinCargo Maintenance" icon.
bulletClick the "Create Access Icon" button and you will be prompted to enter the file path to full version Microsoft Access. Type in the correct path,
eg. "c:\access\msaccess.exe" and click "Ok" button to exit.
bulletA "WinCargo FullVer" icon should be created in your WinCargo group.

6. How do I make the report headers show my company's name and address?
A:
bulletOpen the full-version of WinCargo
bulletClick "Form/Report Design" from main menu
bulletIn the top spreadsheet labeled "Document Type", scroll down until you see the document type "Report Header" with the ID of "B000F"
bulletSelect that row
bulletClick "Design" (If this button is disabled, you do not have full version of MS Access 2.0)
bulletChange the address and company name accordingly by clicking the desired box
bulletClose the window and save changes when prompted
bulletClick "Sync Report Header" and click "Yes" when prompted
