Q: I print HAWB (also MAWB and DAWB) as data only to dot matrix Apperson forms. On the right top corner,
it only prints HAWB# without the label "HAWB#" - i.e. "58781" instead of "HAWB # 58781". Why?
A: It could be that you have hard configured the electronic form as "Print Data Only" in "Print Set Up"
dialog box. WinCargo ships with all electronic forms with this check box cleared. If you did so, then all to
be printed is contents in text boxes only, not the labels!!
Please unckeck this check box. Your users should have this minimum responsibility to know what "Data Only"
means in WinCargo (or other software in this coming generation). Instead, you should set this electronic form
default to "Data Only" in the "Form/Report Design" form. This way, you will have all the flexibility to toggle
between "Data only" and "Data with template" anytime you wish.
If you do insist on hard configure the whole electronic form as "Data Only" from "Print Setup" dialog box, you
should change all the labels into text boxes with the default value as the content of the label.

Q: What is the difference between setting on "Data Only" check box in "Print Setup" dialog box and setting
on "Data Only" check box in "document Type" subform in "Form/Report Design" form?
A: Setting on "Data Only" check box in "Print Setup" dialog box will suppress all data except text boxes
in printing. This is not recommended in WinCargo.
Setting on "Data Only" check box in "document Type" subform in "Form/Report Design" form will suppress the back
ground template (picture) when printing. This is more recommended in that users can toggle "Data Only" toggle
button on all the electronic forms and print or preview either way. Besides, if users added labels, they will
still show in printing.

Q: Why does my Invoice print out of alignment?
A: You have accidentally lengthened the report header (the common component containing your company's
name and address which appear at the top of most of the electronic form/reports).
To Fix:
How did this happen anyway:
When users initially configured this common report header, they typed in their address which is longer than
the default address and caused word wrapping to the second line which automatically lengthened the form height.
Users then widened the cell to remove the word wrap but did not restore the form height back to 14/16".

Q: Why some of my laser printouts do not have the template (background picture) fully printed?
A: Could be memory problem.
In WinCargo's system requirement, it was specified that the laser printer needs 2 meg of RAM in order to print
full page complicate image. If you can see the whole template in print preview but won't print the same,
then you should increase your printer memory.

Q: I do have enough memory, but the same still happened. Why?
A: Could be the wrong printer device driver mapped. You should check with your printer manual/provider
the correct printer drive to use for Windows.

Q: Can I choose "Text Only" printer driver for WinCargo?
A: This is highly not recommended. You should map your printer to a proportional font so as to take
advantage of Windows' true type font. The proportional font is what you use in any word processor for formal
business correspondence. You are encouraged to treat your shipping paper as your formal business document.

Q: When printing in landscape, the left and right margins are cut off. Why?
A: WinCargo ships with all documents with 0.5 inch margin on each side. It was found that some users
used very old printers (or print to fax machine) which have larger unprintable margins (all printers, except
for extremely expensive high end printers come with unprintable area). WinCargo is designed for and take
advantage of today's hardware standard and many documents were designed by government and WinCargo is simply
following the standard rules. You can definitely redesign yourself WinCargo's form/reports to suit your own
particular hardware, but it is recommended that you get a newer printer.

Q: I have multiple printers in the office. What is the best way to map those printers to share through the
network?
A: We saw many intuitive printer mapping that the locally hooked printer is mapped as default printer
for that local PC, while all other networked printers as specific printers. This is not recommended. We
suggest that the laser printer (or the mostly used white paper tray) be mapped as default printer while all
others as specific printers. This way, you can define the printer destination for all the electronic forms
and reports in just one database and copy this original front end database to all the other clients. Remember
this: the majority of WinCargo documents print to laser printer and therefore it is a bad idea to define dot
matrix printer as default.
